Worth it if…Worth it, with caveats.
A huge jump over old Siri with excellent design and integration, but capability-wise it only catches up with Gemini and the best version is limited to the newest devices.

What I liked
- Huge leap over old Siri
- Smooth integration with Dynamic Island
- Natural-voice shortcut creation
- Improved voice quality
What I didn't
- Not breaking new ground
- Most powerful version only on latest devices
- Not useful on Mac
- Reliability still unproven
