HTC One M7
I'd buy itI'd buy this.
A beautiful, innovative phone with standout speakers and a bold camera idea, though not perfect, and a high point for HTC.

What I liked
- Aluminium unibody build
- Front stereo speakers still sound great
- Good low-light camera for its megapixel count
- Fast, light Sense UI
What I didn't
- Large bezels and wasted space
- Only two gigs of RAM
- Zoe feature is impractical
- Missed out on the Snapdragon 800
