Ossia Cota Mother Box
Worth it if…Worth it, with caveats.
Looks great and charges quickly up close, but power drops off so fast with distance that it can't really charge a phone across a room.

What I liked
- Concept is beautiful
- Looks great
- 10W when phone is close
What I didn't
- Power falls to 2W at about 40cm
- Only milliwatts at longer range
- Needs external receiver
In my words
Straight from the video. Tap a timestamp to hear me say it.
“by the time this power output has fallen from 10 watts to just 2 watts you're only 16 inches away”
“your phone on standby will consume more power than this box can feed from a distance”
