I built the Dream Office Setup!

Considered as a chair option but did not fit the design; they picked the Steelcase instead.

The most adjustable chair he has sat on, and its armrests fixed a long-standing typing comfort problem.

A touch-screen whiteboard on wheels that the team uses for planning and collaboration; the 55-inch suited the room better than the 86-inch.

An invisible under-desk charger that Joseph chose; Arun is curious but unsure he trusts it.

A large fake tree chosen over a real one; he feared it could look fake but thinks it worked.

His favourite thing in the office: minimal, soothing and mesmerising, though they need maintenance.

Picked from seven keyboards as the one that felt just right: fast, light to press, low profile and still satisfyingly thunky.

He did not rate the keyboard much but the included wrist rest was exactly what he had been looking for.

The mouse he has always used, now in white, and he calls it actual perfection.

A custom moss wall that cut echo by about 60% and looks beyond his wildest dreams.

A compact charger for phone, AirPods and watch that he thinks is a sexy bit of kit with a minimal footprint.

Chosen because they sound great and have practically unmatched noise isolation for in-ear earphones.

A remote-free monitor light that wakes when he sits down, is brighter than the old one and gives even coverage.

The 40-inch curved 5K 120Hz Dell screens are as good as the spec suggests and he has zero regrets.

Swapping the stands for these arms adds flexibility, saves desk space and helped the cable management.

A fantastic computer, though he noticed practically no difference from the M2 model as gains since Apple silicon have been incremental.

Upgraded from the Plane mainly for looks; he thinks these boards are expensive for the materials but valuable for staying active.

Surprisingly good, quiet and with a decent amount of resistance for its small size.

Ceiling speakers with a wide sound cone that keep the room uncluttered and make a powerful setup.
