I Tested the Rarest Tech in 2026!

The $1,600 titanium case held up far better than the standard aluminium one in the drop test, so it is functionally better as well as rare.

Nails the retro-future look and uses good materials, but lacks a backlight and is hard to wear, so it gets a C tier.

Cool-looking, hand-painted speaker with lighting that syncs to music, but the hood covers the controls and the limited edition feels poorly thought out.

Cloud gaming on it was impressive, but as a limited edition it is just a colour change, so only a C.

Fashionable and nicely built, but the software offers only one custom wallpaper and the unboxing is bare, so a C tier.

Great fan-service packaging and a working wand, but the phone is full of ads and sloppy software.

The standout limited edition, with thermal-reactive back, fully themed software and thoughtful packaging, so S tier.

Incredible Death Star packaging but a disappointing phone with ad-like wallpaper carousels, rescued to B tier by the glowing 3D Vader mask.

Aimed squarely at fans, with a premium case and an AI cartoon assistant he finds strange, so a B tier.

Looks like a sports car phone with polished software; the swappable camera module is silly, but he would use it and gives it A tier.

Not for him, but a thoughtful, glitzy limited edition for its audience, rated high A tier.

Look like jewellery and are very light, but sound quality is sacrificed and there is a lot of sound bleed.

A superb remake of the first gaming mouse with great packaging and modern specs, earning S tier, though it clashes with his minimalist desk.
