I tested the most VIRAL TikTok gadgets!

Does the job of holding a laptop on an exercise bike, but it is wobbly and pricey, so he gives it 5 out of 10.

Cleans a very dirty phone in two wipes and earns 9 out of 10, though it is a bit messy.

A tongue-in-cheek test of a hanger that at first takes up three times the space; his 9 out of 10 is delivered sarcastically.

A fun-looking app-guided stirring glass, but it is cheap-feeling, had Bluetooth issues and he would not use it.

Works as claimed, keeping a drink fizzy after three days in the fridge.

Rarely gives perfect slices in reality, though it may save a little time; 6 out of 10.

Simple, well-made adapters that work perfectly, earning his first 10 out of 10.

A capable, self-charging shower speaker that is punchy rather than accurate, with most water pressure preserved.

Feels really nice in the bath, but the machine is far too loud to relax.

Chops onions surprisingly well and earns an easy 9 out of 10, despite looking awkward to clean.

Horrible at first but left his blocked nose clearer than in a long time, so 8 out of 10.

It does what it claims, but cooking at 200°C on your lap makes little sense; 3 out of 10.

Cursed-looking machine that makes a face mask from fruit puree; he makes a mask but gives no score in the available transcript.

A lazy gadget that is surprisingly well executed, with only a slight Bluetooth delay.

Cool idea, but the magnet connection is tenuous and it fell and broke; only workable with single glazing, so 4 out of 10.

Well thought out, but you can still play games through it so it is easy to defeat; 2 out of 10.

A hassle to use and messy, but the filled banana looks great and he found it fun.

Keeps cereal and milk separate, but the milk comes out easier than the cereal so it does not work well.

A nice novelty that burned for only six hours and does not change the game, rated 8 out of 10.

Does the job but is fiddly, expensive for a door handle, and has cheap-feeling LEDs; 6 out of 10.

Works well, closes the door firmly enough to latch the handle, though the mechanism looks a little risky.

Cheap, slightly niche robot that opens stubborn jars exactly as claimed; 9 out of 10.
