Xiaomi 12S Ultra
Excellent main camera, fast performance and the best Xiaomi design yet, held back by weak Leica colour tuning, patchy software updates and a worse screen.

Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra
Still the Android king, with a better screen, zoom, ultrawide, colour science, selfie camera and update support, plus an S Pen.
