Apple iPhone 16 Pro

Name: Apple iPhone 16 Pro
Brand: Apple

Worth it if…Worth it, with caveats.

Big step up for audio and video, with great screens and a faster sensor, but not an exciting upgrade overall.

What I liked

Straight from the video. Tap a timestamp to hear me say it.

“compared to the Titanium 16 Pro, which I actually couldn't get a permanent mark on using a key”

“I'm kind of both glad that Apple has managed to make a compact phone with actually great battery life now while also feeling a little disappointed”

“I have seen 4K 120 on other phones before but it has never looked this good”

“the new features this year are a bit of a mix”

“we are getting decent improvements to basically all the key pillars of a phone”

Most recent first, so you can see if my view has changed.

iPhone 17 Pro Review - Something’s Missing

iPhone 16 Ultimate Battery Test!
Matched the base iPhone 16 at 8 hours 19 minutes, which is good for a compact phone but disappointing for a Pro.

iPhone 16 / 16 Pro Impressions!
Decent improvements across screen, battery, camera and mics, but fewer hardware gains than usual and 128GB base storage is too small.
