The REAL reason you don’t get a charger anymore.

Used as the example of a flagship that ships without a charger or earphones and has no headphone jack, which he feels is not clearly greener.

Mentioned only for its larger retail box, which is compared with the S21 Ultra's smaller one.

Named as the wireless option, but in a different price bracket from cheap wired earphones.

Mentioned as the phone Xiaomi promised would keep its charger, a claim it later reversed.

Apple removed the charger from the box, which he says is at least consistent, though it clashes with its other actions and the new cable does not fit old chargers.

As wireless charging goes it is about as good as it gets, but it is still inefficient and sold as an extra on top of the extra.

He gives Xiaomi credit for including a 55W gallium nitride charger with the international Mi 11.
